The GLIDDY award rewards creative risk-taking, big ideas, and innovative thinking.
However, creatives can’t just create and hope someone will notice. They have to advocate their ideas and advocate for themselves. They must form alliances with strategists, media planners, and account executives to pitch, persuade, and sell their ideas to make sure they do not get cut. They must play the game to move their big ideas forward.
